Qualifications:

• High school graduate or senior high school graduate (diploma/certificate required).
• Available to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours.
• Ready to start ASAP!

Job Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely solutions and alternatives.
• Foster sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through clear communication.
• Ensure accurate, valid, and complete information is provided to customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
