Qualifications:
- High school graduate or senior high school graduate (diploma/certificate required).
- Available to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours.
- Ready to start ASAP!
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely solutions and alternatives.
- Foster sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through clear communication.
- Ensure accurate, valid, and complete information is provided to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
