What You'll Do
Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate billing
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and utensils
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
