• ket.Own the end-to-end digital sales journey, primarily the digital originations, as well as SEO, identifying opportunities to optimise and streaml
• ine.Responsible for planning and driving the digital engagement agenda, including transaction migration activities to move simple servicing transactions into the digital chan
• nel.Leading the digitisation of physical channels, educating staff and customers, challenging the status quo in terms of customer interactions across digital and physical chan
• nelsBuild strong relationships, both locally and regionally, adopting a joined-up approach to execute change at pace with minimum conf
