Job Description
As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute test cases and ensure the overall quality of our applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual and automated testing methodologies and a deep understanding of testing best practices.

As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute test cases and ensure the overall quality of our applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual and automated testing methodologies and a deep understanding of testing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of manual test cases for functional, UI/UX, API, regression, and compatibility testing.
- Proactively participate in the Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Review and Retrospective to ensure your alignment to the team goal.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Develop and maintain testing best practices and processes.
- Automate tests wherever possible to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and prioritize testing efforts.
- Report and track defects using bug tracking tools and assist with debugging and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
- 4+ years of experience in the field of software testing for both manual and automated.
- Good written and communication English (minimum B2)
- Advanced knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices
- Excellent understanding of agile/scrum development processes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Advanced Knowledge in API testing, functional testing, UI/UX testing, cross-browser testing, regression testing, and web accessibility testing.
- Advanced Knowledge in Test Management Tools like JIRA, X-ray or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of different types of testing, including integration testing and performance testing.
- Advanced knowledge of Postman, JMeter or other testing tools
- Advanced knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- Good knowledge of SQL databases and queries
- Good knowledge of 1 programming language (preferably Python)
- Good knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium/Robot Framework/Cypress)
- Good knowledge of Git versioning control systems
- Good knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL database technologies such as MongoDB, DynamoDB or CosmosDB.
