Essential Functions
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer issues, orders, and product knowledge requests
- Logged in to designated phone queues for a minimum of 7.5 hours per day for full time shifts
- Answer all calls, chats, and emails with professional phone and email etiquette
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established processes, policies, and procedures
- Check and/or follow up with emails/voicemails/agent issues
- Escalation management
- Talk customers through product assembly
- Provide a positive work environment and team support
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with high regard to privacy
- Lead and train the CSR + actual CSR work
- Communicate shipment issues
- Facilitate good communication within the organization
- Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- As needed, will assist with special projects or other tasks within the organization
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Customer service call center experience desired
