General Responsibilities

• This opening is specific to a B2B API product for PDAX.
• Assist in gathering market insights and understanding the product's positioning.
• Contribute ideas for features and help identify problems to support the product in achieving company goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to exchange ideas and gather requirements, under the guidance of a senior PM.
• Write clear user stories to support the design and engineering teams in development.
• Participate in Scrum events, assisting in facilitating discussions and team alignment.
• Support backlog management by helping maintain Jira tickets and ensuring they are well-organized and up-to-date.
• Assist in monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and providing insights to the team to guide decision-making.
• Help create and update documents, including API integration docs, FAQs, Playbooks, and User Guides.
• Assist in communicating updates and changes to the product roadmap to stakeholders.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for the product, supporting senior PMs in providing training and assistance to other teams.
• Track KPIs and assist in measuring the success of the product.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or delegated by senior PMs or supervisors.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills

• Demonstrates leadership potential and a collaborative approach to working with others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Shows empathy for user problems and a willingness to learn from user feedback.
• Basic understanding of Product Management techniques, including User Story writing, Prioritization, and Data Analysis.
• Understanding of financial statements, business models, and revenue streams is a plus.
  
  

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a product-related role, internships, or an Associate Product Management role.
• Some exposure to Agile Development processes and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Understanding of APIs and software development processes.
• Experience or exposure to working with cross-functional development teams.
• Interest in Cryptocurrency, Web3, or TradFi ecosystems and trends is a plus.
• Experience working in technology or the fintech industry is a plus.
