Senior QA & Research Specialist

The QA & Research Specialist is essential in maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and clarity in our proposals and reports. In addition, this role supports lead management and conducts tender research to bolster our business development efforts. We're looking for someone with excellent English proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and strong copywriting skills to ensure our proposals are top-notch.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and provide quality assurance, for proposals as requested by consultants, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Review and ensure the quality of reports generated by consultants, maintaining high standards of clarity and precision in line with brand standards.
• Evaluate tenders and distribute relevant opportunities to the appropriate Business Line lead, including monitoring the Sales inbox for tender updates. Assist with tender preparation.
• Input leads and coordinate follow-up activities within the CRM system, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and prospects.
• Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns by building outreach email lists, conducting direct email outreach, and assembling mailing lists for events.
• Collaborate with regional / business leads to create sector and/or country target lists with key contacts
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project case studies, showcasing successful projects and outcomes.
• Conduct research to identify and apply for relevant events and industry awards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• strong exposure in lead generation, research, copywriting and marcomm skills, and expertise in reviewing proposals.
  
  
  

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Work Set-up: Hybrid (could be once a week, twice a month or once a month)

Shift: 7am to 4pm
