What is this role about?
The role is responsible for leading and overseeing the optimal and efficient execution of Inbound and Trading Operations.

What will YOU do?

• Handle the marine voyage performance analysis to: establish the optimal base freight, ensure SPI's payment is based on actual performance of the vessel (vs SLA) / offsetting, analyze oil loss variance and file shortage claim through Risk Group, validate and reconcile the filed demurrage of supplier
• Report and monitor the distribution cost performance of Supply Team
• File shortage claim (loss, leakage/contamination of terminal/depot/owned retail stations) and in-transit claim to recover the outturn loss through filing of shortage claim
• Deploy import and local surveyor at loadport and disport to have a 3rd party representative of SPI for any product movement (local and import-from loadport to disport)
• Manage trading operations to execute the partnership agreement with Trading Unit to secure the flow of our direct customers
• Manage staff performance to strengthen the relationship with staff based on company's core values and culture of the department

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of relevant employment experience - with people management experience
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
