Responsibilities:
- Delivery of assigned work to a high quality in line with appropriate standards, scheduled completion dates and prioritisation.
- Comply with provided legislation, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
- Adherence to and ensuring all processing is accurate and within organisational policies, processes, and procedures as applicable to the role.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with local and onshore stakeholders.
- Proactively assist in the identification of critical and non-critical service delivery performance issues and improvement opportunities related to tasks given.
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Some relevant work experience.
- Experience in BPO industry.
- Experience working in shifting schedules.
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
