Key Duties
Client Management
- Respond to client concerns and inquiries regarding team member performance, behavior, or GoTeam-related services
- Lead and manage regular client check-in calls to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Prepare and follow through on check-in calls with meeting minutes and actionable items
- Address questions about GoTeam policies, benefits, and processes, and redirect to appropriate channels when necessary
- Coach team members on performance and behavioral development
- Conduct daily 1:1 sessions with new hires during their first week
- Facilitate regular 1:1 check-ins with team members from week two onwards
- Share 1:1 meeting reports with clients to maintain transparency and collaboration
- Drive WIN:WIN performance agreement discussions to align expectations
- Handle team member-initiated concerns related to workload, feedback, and client expectations
- Lead and conduct regular team huddles to promote engagement and communication
- Oversee task delivery, manage client or team escalations, and ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Engage proactively with clients and internal stakeholders (Recruitment, Finance, IT, HR, Leadership) to foster collaboration and resolve challenges

- 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO or shared-services environment
- Strong background in client relationship and account management
- Proven ability to coach and manage team members effectively
- Experienced in handling escalations, retention, and team attrition
- Confident in engaging with C-level executives and Western clients
- Knowledge of industry verticals such as healthcare, IT, construction, or engineering
- Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ClickUp)
- Communication Platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, MS Teams)
- Client and Team Management Systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM/ATS platforms
- Knowledge of productivity tools and AI-enhanced systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Leadership and Coaching certifications (a plus but not mandatory)
- Training in performance management, conflict resolution, or client engagement is an advantage
