Senior Marketing Project Coordinator (5-Months Fixed Term Employment)

About this Position As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the global Beauty Care brand by executing operations and collaborating with project managers across the entire value chain. Your primary focus will be on managing processes to facilitate product launches and coordinating the product innovation process, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery of key milestones. What You´ll Do

• Execute operations for global Henkel Beauty Care brand and project managers as a business partner across the entire value chain by managing processes that enable product launches and supporting brand managers in coordinating the product innovation process
• Steer new launch projects in Henkel's online project management tool
• Handle regular coordination with multi-functions to ensure milestones are accomplished according to the project timeline
• Facilitate weekly project meetings and handle relevant documentation of discussion points
• Prepare reports related to projects and products to be launched
• Identify improvement opportunities for working, and recommend and implement applicable solutions
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• With at three (3) years of relevant work experience in Project Management and Coordination; Preferably obtained from a Marketing-related industry
• Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication; experience in stakeholder management
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; knowledge in MS Project or similar project management tools is a plus
• Must have a strong sense of teamwork and influencing skills, High level of proactivity and ownership; has the ability to raise a topic without hesitation
• Must have a process and detail-oriented personality with a strongly developed sense for prioritization and time management; Analytical and critical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence
• Amenable to work on a temporary basis (5 months), night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
