Senior Payroll Manager

As the Senior Manager, Payroll, you will report to the VP, Human Resources and be responsible for supporting the overall Payroll strategy by leading a team of managers and administrators in a call center environment. You will also be expected to streamline the payroll process to ensure that SLAs meet or exceed set standards. As such, a process-oriented mindset and the ability to implement innovative solutions to payroll requirements are ideal.

Senior Payroll Manager

Responsibilities
You will have an opportunity to…
- Assume full accountability for the execution of the overall Payroll strategy, including maintaining all service level agreement standards
- Manage a team of one manager and multiple administrators to start, with the plan to expand as we expand to multiple sites
- Manage the overall operations of the Payroll team
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, as required
- Maintain strong relationships with all departments concerning Payroll
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of payroll events
- Complete ad-hoc requests, as required

- Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast-paced and stressful environment
- Outstanding written and in-person English communication
- Ability to develop team members through coaching and employee development initiatives
- 10 years of payroll experience in a people leadership role
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to work at Taytay location (SM Taytay IT Park, East Manila Road)
- Willing to work Full-Time, primarily daytime hours in a 24/7 operation ( possible evening , weekend, and holiday work may be required , depending on peak periods).
