You will have an opportunity to:
- Design and develop e-learning courses using authoring tools (i.e. Articulate Storyline 360) as well as Training sessions for the classroom or online facilitation through MS Office tools.
- Conduct Needs Analysis to implement targeted learning solutions.
- Manage projects assigned to you from kickoff to signoff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts when creating materials (in different stages of the project).
- Update/develop other training materials using Microsoft Office programs.
- Do the following tasks in the LMS platform, Career Zone:
- Uploading and assigning e-learning courses to the required participants
- Tracking completion of e-learning
- Sending completion reports to other business departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of Career Zone completion reports.
Essential functions:
- Design & develop e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline
- Design & develop Training Content for classroom or online delivery
- Upload and assign courses in Career Zone (LMS)
- Extract completion reports, organize data and send it to respective departments.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
- Evaluate and revise existing training materials
- Flexible in working shifts as well as location (WFH or On-Site)
You will be a great fit in our team if…
- Has minimum of 2 years experience as Curriculum Developer, Instructional Designer, E Learning developer or equivalent role
- Able to convert complex ideas into simple, easy to understand delivery.
- Experience in Instructional Design or creating training content.
- Meticulous and with an eye for detail
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in:
- E-Learning authoring tools (i.e., Articulate Storyline 360)
- Graphic design skills (i.e., Canva, Powtoon, and other tools)
- MS Office 360 Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience in using/managing an LMS (preferred, not required)
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Available to work nights or required shifts
