Project Engineer / Architect

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Onsite Supervision: oversee and manage daily construction activities to ensure alignment with architectural designs and specifications
• Coordination and Collaboration: work closely with project managers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
• Quality Control and Compliance: ensure all construction work adheres to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Project Documentation: maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including site reports, progress photographs, and logs of construction activities
• Problem Solving: identify potential issues and risks on-site and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Civil Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering ONLY

License: Preferred but not required

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in architectural design and on-site project management

Preferably willing to start ASAP
