We are looking for a Senior Manager Data Science who will lead a team of data scientists, ensuring the successful delivery of analytics projects and the application of data-driven insights to solve business challenges. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills to drive innovation and develop talent within the team.

Your Day To Day

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Define and oversee the execution of data science strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data science albeit from the global product solution as well as integrating the local processes.
• Ensure the quality and scalability of machine learning models and analytics solutions.
• Drive the team’s professional growth through coaching, training, and performance management
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  
  

We’re Looking For Someone With

• M.Sc./Ph.D. Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or similar role.
• Proven experience leading data science teams in a managerial capacity.
• Experience with cloud-based data science platforms and tools.
• Certifications in project of people management, e.g. PMP, Scrum Master
