GoTeam is currently in search of a Senior Inside Sales Representative. This role involves rapidly familiarizing with our products and services, conducting product demos to jewelers across the USA, and generating and converting meetings with potential clients. Key Duties
In 2014, our CTO and Founder Matt Kesby starts Go-Virtual Assistants (GO-VA) with one full-time member. The following year, CEO Fiona Kesby moves to Cebu to be onsite as the company scales. She emphasizes that the best way to attract talent is to take exceptional care of them.
In 8 years, GoTeam has grown its client base to business owners from Australia, the U.S., the U.K. and Singapore. Key Duties
- Rapid Familiarization: Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively engage with jewelers. Being confident in joining client calls within the first 30 days through live training in real-time settings.
- Product Demo: Conducting product demos on camera to jewelers across the USA.
- Call Volume: Conducting outbound calls from time to time to existing clients and scheduling demo appointments to warm leads when needed. This excludes downtime and focuses on active outreach.
- Market Penetration: Understanding the nuances of the U.S. market and securing at least one successful deal within the first two months.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrating expertise in our software and hardware solutions. Staying adaptable and curious about new technologies relevant to the industry.
- Communication Skills: Exhibiting strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits and close deals, maintaining a neutral accent.
- Script Customization: Tailoring phone scripts and memorizing sales pitches within the first 10 days to ensure persuasive and consistent presentations on sales calls.
- Meeting Generation and Conversion: Independently booking a minimum of 20 meetings in the first month and securing at least 2 closed deals from those meetings.
- Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to new prospects with confidence, effectively booking demos without hesitation.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, particularly in the B2B sector and working with SMEs.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly competitive and result-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
