Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Attend to all emails and inquiries from Agents and Customers.
• Monitor and coordinate the arrival of all incoming and outgoing import and export shipments.
• Monitor and submit inward manifests to co-loaders and shipping lines to avoid penalties.
• Maintain and organize work area to ensure all company documents are secured.
• Classify harmonized systems and lodge import entries.
• Check and verify the completeness of documents to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Maintain and protect customer satisfaction.

Sales Executive Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales role in the logistics or transportation industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of import and export regulations, documentation, and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
