Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior HR Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects focused on process improvement, digital enablement, and employee experience enhancement.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align project objectives with global people strategies and organizational priorities.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with HR governance standards.
• Embed change management principles to drive engagement, adoption, and long-term sustainability of HR initiatives.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Talent, and Technology to ensure cohesive implementation.
• Strengthen HR project management and change management capability within the organization through coaching and best practice sharing.
