Job Responsibilities
- Reading, interpreting, and executing various machining works using CNC Machines.
- Operating and setup up CNC machines.
- Ability to develop, simulate, and improve CNC Programming (G-Code/CAM).
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to the requirements.
- Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
- Prepare and update CNC programs.
- Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.
- Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
- Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.
- To communicate with stakeholders to ensure to product high-quality products.
- To ensure and implement lean manufacturing processes and meet the yield rate.
- At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.
- At least 5 years of CNC Machining experience.
- Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.
- Able to communicate well in both English & Mandarin.
