Description

Responsibilities:

• Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks and lead the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and project delivery.
• Contribute to managing the budget and reporting progress of the project on an on-going basis
• Lead the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of part of a work stream of a large project / a small project (single area or product) to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements
• Report project progress to all stakeholders in accordance with a well-structured communications plan and ensure all communication is tailored to stakeholder needs
• Ensure the health of the project, identify project risks and mitigation plans and ensure these risks are proactively communicated
• Responsible for implementing the DePICT project management methodology and risk management process
• Ensure that all required project documentation is completed to quality standards, kept up to date, available throughout the project and maintained in the project database
• Implement ACT change management methodology and approach. Identify, manage and influence stakeholders to achieve business benefits
• Support identifying the project resource, roles and responsibilities, SME's required to deliver the business benefits

Requirements

• Technical/Engineering University degree
• Operations background in Warehousing at least 3 years. (essential)
• Depict project management methodology (essential)
• DMAIC continuous improvement methodology (desired)
• Must be amenable to 1 year project based contract
