Senior Staff Specialist, SC Master Data

• Own and maintain the global labelling infrastructure: including Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, printer driver stacks, and web-based label platforms (e.g. Nice Label, Code Soft).
• Design and implement label templates and logic in compliance with industry standards (AIAG, VDA, Odette) and customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, VBScript) to support label logic, data transformation, and system integration.
• Manage and troubleshoot networked label printing systems, including HTTPS/WebDAV protocols, Active Directory integration, and spooler services.
• Ensure high availability and performance of label printing services through proactive monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and external audit requirements.
• Support and maintain custom applications and interfaces, including SAP-integrated workflows and Oracle APEX-based tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of labelling processes through digitalization, standardization, and automation.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure operational continuity across global sites.
• Act as a subject matter expert for labelling-related IT topics in cross-functional projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft Server technologies, virtualization, scripting, or networking are a plus.
• SAP knowledge (user-level or integration experience) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, or industrial automation.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration, virtualization, and enterprise printing stacks.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, VBScript) and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, WebDAV).
• Familiarity with label design tools and standards (NiceLabel, CodeSoft, AIAG, VDA, Odette).
• Experience with SAP (especially SD/Delivery processes) and manufacturing execution systems is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to manufacturing or logistics environments is highly desirable.
