Short Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide support and assistance to SCM:

  • Processing of customer’s purchase Orders
  • SO (sales order) entry in JDE
  • Backlog Monitoring and Sales estimate
  • Processing of customer Shipment (picking-JDE, SCM-HQ to customer communications for shipment)
  • SCM-HQ collaboration/PDCA meeting
  • Sales team coordination for orders and shipments
  • Assisting customer lead time inquiries, issues, and concern
  • Expedite orders and escalations.

Account Receivable (AR) support

  • Ensure implementation of OEP-PH AR policy
  • Monitoring of each customer credit limit and Credit terms
  • Regular update of Accounts Receivable
  • Monthly OEP-PH and AFD-HQ collaboration/ PDCA meeting
  • Sales team coordination for AR collections and issues

Job requirements

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Management / Commerce / Office Admin
  • Knowledgeable in Incoterms, Importation, Basic Customs' Procedures systems
  • Knowledgeable in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • At least (1-2) years relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse field
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Key player who values positive contribution, good learning attitude, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Strong work ethic
