Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the SAP Industry Solution for Utilities (IS-U) and will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting IS-U solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IS-U modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Customize IS-U solutions, including master data management, billing, invoicing, and contract management.
• Develop and execute test plans, documenting test cases and results to ensure system functionality meets business expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to SAP IS-U functionality.
• Collaborate with other functional teams (e.g., FI/CO, CRM) to ensure seamless integration of IS-U with other SAP modules and systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize IS-U processes.
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP IS-U features and industry trends, recommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP IS-U consulting and implementation.
• Strong understanding of utility industry processes and regulations.
• Experience with SAP billing, invoicing, and contract management modules.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, CRM).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP certification in IS-U is a plus.
