What role will you play?

In this pivotal role as Delivery Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of technology-enabling initiatives within our Portfolio Roadmaps, which will involve managing a diverse range of projects, employing both waterfall and agile methodologies to meet our objectives.

Your key responsibilities will be to manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to timelines, remain within scope and are executed within the allocated budget. You will also serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, keeping stakeholders well-informed about the progress of projects and any emerging challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies and processes for cross-regional teams located in Sydney and Manila, thereby guaranteeing efficient and effective collaboration across different locations.

  • Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master with familiarity in leading Agile tools, such as Jira
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, managing multiple teams simultaneously
  • A solid grasp of various processes and methodologies beyond Agile, with an ability to apply diverse techniques to add value to our teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of breaking down complex business processes into actionable plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, evidenced by effective collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines.
