To deliver the best customer experience, RISE works exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders, through which we maintain our benchmark average of 1.8 weeks installation time for business clients. Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Sales Trainer serves as the subject matter expert in coaching and training to drive sales expertise for cross-functional teams. He/she is responsible for developing processes and solutions to enhance productivity and sales performance. This role will work in collaboration with key stakeholders to identify challenges, align company goals and strategies, and ensure continuous improvement and growth within the sales organization.

This role will work in collaboration with key stakeholders to identify challenges, align company goals and strategies, and ensure continuous improvement and growth within the sales organization.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of sales processes and learning initiatives including training programs, product knowledge and demonstrations, and other development programs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure sales processes and training are continuously aligned with business objectives, key strategies, and performance challenges
- Evaluate each sales role and conduct learning initiatives across different teams using the most appropriate training method per case
- Participate in sales calls or official business meetings to ensure application of best practices and techniques
- Provide proactive support to the sales organization by being readily available to coach, mentor, or advise employees on sales expertise, brand and product knowledge, and appropriate techniques or best practices
- Provide support in establishing a framework for managing sales performance and strategy
- Provide consistent and accurate evaluation reports on effectiveness of training programs and determine revision or enhancements
- Maintain open-communication climate to gather timely and honest feedback from team members
- Design and oversee the onboarding of new sales employees
- Ensure sales organization is up-to-date with employee development trends
- Proven work experience as a sales training specialist or sales enablement manager in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proven track record in sales and service delivery as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge on modern training techniques and application of learning principles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and managing sales funnels, preferably B2B sales in particular
- Ability to independently manage full training cycles and deploy process-improvement measures across cross-functional teams
- Experience in telesales or remote sales management is preferred
- Enterprise ISP product knowledge is a plus
- Additional certification in training is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong team management skills with proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive outcomes
- Ability to balance empathy and flexibility versus accountability and commitment in the workplace
- Process-oriented and growth-oriented mindset
