Your role
As a Sales Support Manager, You Will
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Support team.
- Oversee client servicing, documentation, and CRM management.
- Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor KPIs, improve workflows, and implement best practices.
- Drive service quality, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales support, client services, or revenue ops.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skill
- Experience in global or matrixed environments.
- Familiarity with sales enablement or engagement platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
