Our Client, ReSource Pro, supports a wide range of business processes, with a focus on activities requiring deep domain expertise. They have a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients.

Your role

As a Sales Support Manager, You Will

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Support team.
• Oversee client servicing, documentation, and CRM management.
• Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, improve workflows, and implement best practices.
• Drive service quality, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
  
  

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales support, client services, or revenue ops.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skill
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in global or matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with sales enablement or engagement platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
