Primary focus on creating and managing staff rosters (shift schedules) particularly in healthcare settings. Alongside relevant Administrative responsibilities.
Tasks Include
- Allocating shifts based on availability and skill set.
- Managing leave and absences.
- Ensuring compliance with AU labor laws
- Adjusting rosters in real-time as changes arise
- Able to do administrative task and take inbound and outbound calls
- Maintenance of client and staff documentation and records
Non-negotiables
- Relevant experience in administration / scheduling or other relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with vulnerable, aged, and disadvantaged people.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Professional and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to follow documented procedures.
