The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by leading a team who can identify, pursue, and sign dealers from target industries and key markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing strategies, driving brand growth, and expanding market reach.


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for account management and business development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and business owners of prospective dealers 
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to prospective leads
  • Lead negotiations, margin discussions, and identify win-win solutions for the company and the dealers
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure high level of service to dealers
  • Ensure that the sales team and dealers are advised properly of pricing policies, promotions, and SOPs
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management to data-informed business decisions

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years minimum in a leadership role 
  • Proven experience in distribution or B2B sales for a portfolio of brands 
  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business, marketing, or engineering 
  • Highly analytical and has strong business acumen 
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools
