Why this role exists
Our client seeks a Sales Admin Coordinator to support their vendor partnerships team in expanding their network of wedding professionals. This role is crucial for managing the outreach process, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors and the partnerships team, ultimately driving the platform's growth through strategic vendor acquisitions.

The Impact you’ll make

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update vendor records in HubSpot

  • Create and optimize workflow automations

  • Track vendor interactions and follow-ups

  • Generate performance reports and analytics


Vendor Research & Outreach

  • Research potential wedding vendors and venues

  • Support outbound marketing campaigns

  • Assist with email and social media outreach

  • Coordinate vendor meeting schedules


Content Support

  • Research wedding industry trends

  • Assist in creating outreach materials

  • Support social media content creation

  • Maintain content organization systems


Community Engagement

  • Support customer inquiries

  • Assist with community management

  • Engage with social media audiences

  • Monitor and respond to vendor feedback


Administrative Support

  • Manage email and calendar coordination

  • Support project management initiatives

  • Assist with team communication

  • Maintain documentation and processes



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM

  • Strong background in administrative support

  • Experience with workflow automation tools

  • Social media management knowledge

  • Basic project management skills

  • Customer support experience

  • Community management skills

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • 40 hours a week


Compensation:

  • $5 per hour

  • No benefits package included
