You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform maintenance and updates, and provide user training as needed. This position requires strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level technical support to end users via email, phone, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows PCs, Macs, smartphones, tablets, and printers
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating system images
- Configure and administer network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Perform backup and recovery procedures for servers and desktops Train end users on how to use software applications and basic computing concepts
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency response to critical issues
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field OR significant prior experience working in IT support
- Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and standards
- Knowledge in SAML, Oauth2 or OpenConnect
- Familiarity with enterprise software suites such as Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and Google G Suite
- Knowledge on identity service / SSO like OKTA, Keycloak, Amazon Webservices etc...
- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. Worked on platform like Azure and virtual Microsoft setups.
- Knowledge Azure AD/Active Directory.
- Programming Knowledge is a plus: Languages such as C++, Python, HTML, CSS, PHP.
