What you'll be working on

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance with all customer enquiries and solving all customer issues.
  • Responsible for Quote Follow Ups (ISO, NDIS) and any other schemes we offer.
  • Coordinate with National Sales Manager to ensure Sales strategy execution.
  • Following up with clients daily to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all standards and new schemes
  • Resolve any customer complaints.
  • Assist with scheduling audits for all schemes and standards.
  • Maintain Pipedrive (CRM)
  • Help with keeping the clients internal system up to date.


What were looking for

  • Candidate with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Competent in Microsoft office, excel databases, MYOB.
  • Have a confident phone manner and an ability to work independently.
  • Capable of handling front of house calls, data entry, accounts receivables and payables, email correspondence, general office duties, responding to tenders, liaising with clients.
  • Proficient at communicating both orally and in writing with tact.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Possess great customer service skills.
  • Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizing abilities
