Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Risk Systems and Strategy Execution Officer.

In this role you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of business and credit operations to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. You will represent risk and policy initiatives, acting as a liaison between various technology, policy, and compliance teams to provide support and solutions to the business.

What The Role Will Entail

• Work directly with credit or business to change process flow while maintaining required functionality and adherence to policy and procedure requirements
• Develop and utilize risk management tools for measurement, monitoring and management of clients' exposure and assist with synchronization and cleanup of static data across multiple application.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Coordinate, deliver, design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within projects.
• Ensure that all processes, enhancements and systems implementation are robustly tested, and any defects are resolved ahead of production releases.
• Understand business and function requirement documents (BRDs) and develop detailed Test Cases along with creating a UAT Test Plan, Strategy and UAT closing documentation.
• Ability to act as a UAT Test Lead and/or UAT Coordinator to ensure UAT progresses to projected timelines.
• Working with the Project Manager and collaborating effectively with various business partners.
• Perform validation and exception reporting process to ensure alignment of execution vs policy, internal and regulatory requirements.
• Support a sustainable and balanced risk - reward environment to enable consumer cards and loans business to achieve portfolio growth, increased market share, manageable credit losses all leading to maximized profitability.
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships to contribute and drive strong execution around key business initiatives.
• Collaborate with third party vendor to ensure customization and optimal use of the risk infrastructure/systems.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAT testing or related fields, specifically in credit operations, risk systems administration, and compliance functions
• Proven organizational skills to effectively manage and oversee critical testing tasks
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
