Risk Intelligence and Analytics Manager

The Manager, Risk Intelligence and Analytics will report to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics in Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function, supporting Information Risk Management (IRM) function mission and vision. The role will be responsible for delivering various functional capabilities including but not limited to analytics, Large Language Models, reporting, modeling, automation, and other related operational risk management activities, as well as supporting the development and execution of the relevant roadmaps and plans for the function.
Position Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting for the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, executive, and Board risk committees
- Automation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting within the intelligence function
- Lead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc. (e.g., data analysis, data clean-up, validation, creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)
- Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processes
- Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness
Required Qualifications:
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience as an analytics manager or similar capacity
- Proficient in utilizing Power BI and Power Platform to create interactive dashboards, automate workflows, and develop custom application for improved business intelligence and efficiency
- Knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, and technology risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in risk management, audit, or compliance is a plus
- Skilled in Python and SQL, database schemas and data modeling
- Skilled with dashboard design, with a consideration for UI/UX fundamentals
- Highly organized individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
