Compensation:
- First two weeks: Unpaid internship to provide a training period and assess fit.
- Following Months: Base Salary + Commission, with total compensation ranging from $100 to $200 or higher
*The internship may be extended up to 6 months based on performance and opportunities to be part time or full time employee.
Working Conditions:
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 9PM to 1AM Vietnam Time
- Totaling 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a HR Assistant Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition or recruitment while working in a remote and flexible environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications.
- Conduct first interviews and schedule, coordinate second interviews with the line managers.
- Assist in Employment Branding: including creating content, images for company social media as Linkedin,..
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (Professional level) is mandatory
- Having educational background or strong interest in HR, Talent acquisition, Recruitment or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques is a plus.
