Overview: As a Relationship Management Specialist for bank products, you will support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with merchants, promote ongoing engagement, and assist in identifying opportunities to cross-sell key offerings such as business deposits, business loans, strategic partnerships, and digital banking solutions.


What you will be doing:

  • Achievement of bank sales target.
  • Cross-sell digital bank products to merchants.
  • Collect and submit necessary information and documents to onboard merchants.
  • Help merchants through the onboarding process until product activation or disbursement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate digital banking product solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, business development, operations, compliance, and others.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report partner concerns to relevant teams.
  • Manage strategic partner relationships with a focus on supporting co-marketing efforts and distribution of banking and lending products.


What we are looking for:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital bank or banking industries.
  • Strong background in account acquisition and management, business development, solutions selling, and cross-selling.
  • Experience with contract reviews, compliance alignment, and process improvement is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively engaging and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.
