The Business Unit Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and support teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at our organisation. The Business Unit Manager will implement process improvements, support multidisciplinary teams, and cultivate strong relationships across the organisation. With a focus on delivering exceptional healthcare services, the Business Unit Manager will contribute to a positive, values-driven workplace while continuously improving workflows. The role is integral to achieving our mission of providing high-quality care and support across our diverse business units.

What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, related field; MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
- Relevant experience in operation management preferably in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare management, or a supervisory role
- In-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including the quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS) setting
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Be capable of working both independently and as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
