Position: Regional Business Manager - Mindanao (Davao Based)

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: A graduate of any business-related course.

- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience.

- Flexibility: Willingness to travel by land & air with a flexible working schedule.

- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation Package:

Starting Salary: ₱25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Specialists to retain and expand existing business in the region.

- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and business goals through effective planning and execution.

- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
