Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for real estate positions
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates
Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
Maintain an organized database of applicants and track progress
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate/property development
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
