F&B Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the F&B Management Team with daily administrative tasks, including inventory management, order tracking, F&B reports, team scheduling etc
• Help coordinate between kitchen staff, service teams, and Support Admin to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely reordering of supplies and materials.
• Supports Kitchen and Service processes by conducting regular checks on food production and service.
• Assist in compiling operational reports, processing purchase orders, work orders

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in food service or operations is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and food safety is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for efficient reporting, data entry, and collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks under pressure.
