Recruitment Administrator - Iloilo City

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, motivated, problem-solver to join our Philippines office. This position requires the individual to remotely provide first class support to our Bermuda based recruitment team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to a team of recruitment professionals in talent sourcing (i.e. resume screening, scheduling, candidate communications, etc.)

• Corresponding with applicants in the applicant tracking/client relationship management system

• Managing our applicant tracking/client relationship management system (i.e. new entries, maintenance, etc.)

• Running reports on daily, weekly, and quarterly basis & executing database searches

• In charge of ad hoc projects from time to time

• Other tasks as needed and directed by the Manager

At a minimum, successful applicants will possess:

• Significant applicant tracking/client relationship management system or recruitment database experience of at least 3 years

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Keen attention to detail & strong organization and time management skills

• Excellent critical thinking skills

• Reporting onsite with office in Megaworld, Mandurriao, Iloilo City

• Willing to work the graveyard shift, Mondays to Fridays at 8 pm to 5 am and would adjust during DST to 7 pm to 4 am
