Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through online platforms and social media.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
- Utilize various job boards, databases, and online recruitment tools to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to team leaders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online recruiting.
- Proven experience in online recruitment or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (MANATAL).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience recruiting in sectors such as Automotive, Healthcare, IT, or Hospitality is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on online recruiting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (Tagalog) are a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
