As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by providing administrative, marketing, and client support. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work in a collaborative virtual environment.

- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Organize and prepare real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries.
- Update and maintain CRM databases with client and lead information.
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent client support.
- Send reminders and updates to clients regarding showings, property details, and deadlines.
- Create, edit, and post property listings on real estate platforms.
- Design and send email marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and post engaging content to promote properties.
- Track deadlines for contracts and ensure all parties meet required timelines.
- Communicate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Conduct research on property values, market trends, and neighborhood information.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support real estate decisions.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow, MLS, and Realtor.com.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- A minimum of 100mbps (download & upload) internet speed is required.
