Title: Real Estate Officer
The Real Estate Officer is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Manager/Head in the overall business development in the RBUs by ensuring the best site selection and acquisition, location leadership, and trade area dominance.

- Lessor Relationship Management
- Must have a Bachelors degree in any Management, Marketing, or Engineering course.
- At least 3-5 years experience in a related field with extensive knowledge about franchising, real estate, and construction management.
- Experience with the end-to-end network development process is required, preferably with a background in any of the following: commercial spaces, residential spaces, banks, and/or food establishments.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork in North Luzon areas (Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Pangasinan) and report to the office in Ortigas, Pasig once per week.
