What You'll Do
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
Document support interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.
Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions for new users on product features.
Stay updated on the latest technologies relevant to our products.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proven troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
