- Holder of current CAAP AMT / AMS license
- Must have completed the minimum training requirement per APLUS approved manual and the following training courses or equivalent, within two (2) years form the time he/she assumes position:
o Human Factors & Error Management
o Safety Management System
o Aviation Quality Management or equivalent
o PCAR Training
o Supervisory Skills (Leadership)
o Other related aviation regulation training
o AMO and Repair Station Manuals
