JOB SUMMARY

  • Has direct and functional authority for leading a team in completing projects and tasks for business initiatives to ensure the efficiency of Capacity Planning and Engineering Services Department activities.
  • Able to work closely with managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning timeframes for projects.
  • Achieving planning requirements in line with goal set by Capacity Planning and Engineering Services Director.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Annual Budgeting and Manpower data gathering
  • Data gathering for dashboard requirement.
  • Consolidate business units Key Performance Indicators (KPI) presentations and reports of Director
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide day-to-day support to Executive/Director.
  • Responsible for duties that support smooth functioning Executive/Director.
  • In control in SAP support related concerns
  • Works with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Check in with individuals in charge of those assignments and emphasize the importance of meeting their deadlines.
  • Monitors and Review data using AMOS for any planning requirements and activities.
  • Satisfying all reporting requirements through early communication to most appropriate areas to ensure consistency of assumption and outputs.
  • Provide support to Capacity Planning and Engineering Services Department through pro-actively generating and providing solutions to mitigate safety, health, and organizational hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Responsible for assigned events and ensuring all operations functions are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Monitors correct reporting procedures and ensuring all deadlines and certain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met within Capacity Planning and Engineering Services Department.
  • Act as the point of contact of all department employees in coordination to other departments
  • In charge in all financial related documents for Capacity Planning and Engineering Services Department
  • Perform other related duties that Director may assign.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation or airline related courses or any engineering courses with at least 2 years minimum of relevant work experiences in aviation as per applicable specialization
  • Has completed basic aviation related training.
  • Has completed personnel management related training/applications.
  • Related training involving decision making is an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years’ experience in aviation or airline industry or 2 years relevant experience in operations and planning functions.
  • Strong knowledge to present new ideas to the organization.
  • With basic knowledge in AMOS, SAP or any system related experience
  • Must be organized (with a keen attention for details) and comfortable working within timelines/deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge in leadership and team management to oversee and guide a support team effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and users. Has the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

  • Must posses’ executive function, manpower management, social and leadership
  • With Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide a support team effectively
  • Excellent strategic thinking, possess patience and meticulous in processing data
  • Exemplifies model values and excellence and drives others to do the same
