The intermediate quality analyst performs quality audits by evaluating the quality of cases, calls, and other partner engagements, including chats & emails. They will also manage reporting, and generate insights. Provides feedback and improvement recommendations to the stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Conducts case and risk-based audits, performs root cause analysis, and delivers quality-related tasks to drive process improvements.
  • Manages and consolidates data from various sources to produce regular reports and insights that support improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitates coaching, training, and QA sessions to address identified gaps and support continuous learning and development.
  • Communicates audit findings and escalations to management, contributing to issue resolution and driving informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen by understanding key risks, processes, and their broader implications across the organization.
  • Supports the implementation of new projects through collaboration with operations, training, and program management teams.
  • Promotes teamwork by sharing best practices, assisting peers, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 consecutive and recent years of experience as a Quality Auditor, with a solid understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Management Systems (QMS), or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance tools is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have applied these tools in omnichannel customer service environments.
  • Must have strong skills in reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce, and be able to turn complex data into useful insights.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen) and a proven track record in supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives is required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply ethical judgment and effective problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with solid time management, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative team environments.
