As the Quality Assurance Contract Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors to ensure GPO’s service providers meet integral quality standards. This critical role involves managing a team that audits contracts and contracting processes against GPO’s established standards and Google’s compliance requirements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of a team of Quality Auditors, providing guidance, support, training, and performance feedback. Work on providing input and insights for any incoming RCA requests
  • Provide regular updates to the GPO Program Lead, including but not limited to establishing and attending weekly status meetings and ad hoc calls as needed
  • Compile and report weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics
  • Present audit findings to GPO Program Lead and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze quality performance trends using the Quality Dashboard, escalating any data discrepancies, technical concerns, or other related dashboard issues
  • Provide comprehensive feedback to the GPO Program Lead as needed, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting revisions to the contract, template, process, or quality criteria
  • Oversee and manage the audit appeals process, ensuring fair and timely resolutions
  • Work towards building a team with growing expertise (high tenure, low attrition)
  • Delegate tasks to ensure efficient team workload distribution and timely completion of audits
  • Create recommendations for increased automation of the Quality Program

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide and coach team members
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset with an ability to analyze and make recommendations to improve internal processes, where appropriate
  • Proficiency in reviewing complex written English, including legal/contractual terminology
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contracts with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a contract analyst or similar contract-focused role
  • Experience drafting and reviewing various contracts, including but not limited to SOWs, Amendments, and Terminations
  • Understanding of sophisticated contract structures, including but not limited to the implications of amendments on the terms of the contract
