Quality Assurance Specialist

Primary Function

This position is intended to provide consistent support to IWG’s Lease Administration team in the areas of abstraction, quality control, and continuous improvement resulting to increased data quality, accuracy, and team efficiency. The role is also responsible to support training and quality monitoring for work delivered by the team as well as of our 3rd party partner/s.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance checks for all abstractions and system data entries supporting all regions
  • Learn and master the IWG lease administration rules and processes
  • Be an SME for abstraction and system data setup, providing guidance and continuous trainings to the team on process nuances and guidelines
  • Support abstraction and QA/audit projects
  • Serve as a point of contact for all quality matters related to lease analysis and system data setup
  • Monitor and analyse weekly and monthly production and quality reports from our 3rd party partner/s.
  • Engage in regular update meetings with the team and 3rd party partner/s
  • Create and update abstraction and/or regional process guidelines
  • Assist in providing information during audit season ensuring process compliance
  • Understand, meet, or exceed KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years’ work experience in abstraction and quality control
  • At least 2 years’ experience in quality control
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively
  • Background in real estate required
  • Willing to work from 10AM to 7PM
  • Willing to work in BGC
