Quality Assurance Representative

Objectives:

• To ensure that the Company's Quality Management System is in compliance with the International Standards, customer's requirements, industry standards, and legal and regulatory requirements.
• To ensure quality management system are being communicated, maintained, and continually improved.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the full implementation of the quality management system
• Promote awareness of quality policies, procedures, and customer requirements throughout the organization
• Monitor compliance to the quality objectives of each department
• Facilitate review of internal and external documents relative to the Quality Management System
• Ensure that quality system processes are established, implemented, and maintained
• Report any need for improvements to the management
• Entertain, collect and classify customer complaints
• Facilitate development of procedures for each document control
• Oversee proper the implementation of procedures
• Control and maintain principal materials
• Ensures high quality of service is given to customer
• Ensure that quality management system is communicated to interested parties
• Conduct internal audit and lead the internal auditors
• Assist during internal audit, customer audit, and 3rd Party audit
• Ensure that Risk and opportunities are addressed and that planning of changes are conducted
• Assist in the facilitation of in-house training programs both shore and onboard personnel
• Ensure that internal and external issues are addressed and corrected.
